Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Eligible Items: Most apparel items qualify for returns, except for:

Clearance or final sale items (marked as non-returnable at purchase).

Personalized or custom-made products.

Undergarments or items marked as non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Receive Return Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.

Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the provided address with the RAN clearly marked. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

Eligibility: Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns (within 30 days, unworn, original condition).

Process: Contact us to request an exchange, specifying the desired item, size, or color. If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we’ll issue a refund for the difference.

Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund, including original shipping fees, at no additional cost.
